About Me.
Hello! My name is Sarah and I've been a massage therapist since 2015. Before that, I gained my RYT 500 in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and before that, I spent several years supporting adults with learning difficulties to live their best lives. I have a bachelor degree in Sociology, and a postgraduate diploma in Psychology. You can scroll down to see a list of my massage and bodywork credentials..

I love massage because at face value, it is simple; it's the simple act of slowing down, unplugging, of receiving nurturing touch and taking time to breathe. Yet the effects of this simplicity - especially and increasingly in our culture - can be truly profound and far reaching.

I have always loved receiving Esalen massage. For me, the holistic and integrative approach of this style creates a rare opportunity to be whole, and let go. In 2024, I began my Esalen training journey by completing An Esalen Massage Approach to Working with Trauma, which explores the mind-body connection, and how to create a safe and nurturing environment for people carrying past experiences in their bodies.

The Esalen 100 Hour Training Programme (which I completed in 2025) expands on these concepts to foster an inclusive, accepting space to support bodywork that engages the nervous system into a state of peacefulness and healing.
